Pushpa 2: Pushpa Raj, Srivalli Dead? Fan Theories Viral After Allu Arjun Starrer Debuts Trailer

Pushpa 2: Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil starrer pan-India film saw its trailer reveal on Sunday, November 17 and quickly went viral on social media. Pushpa Raj (Allu Arjun) returns to the fold as the popular character and the audiences will witness his rise in the sandalwood smuggling business as his enemies try to get the better of him. While the plot details of the movie are under wraps, the movie trailer introduces new characters and Allu Arjun in a different avatar as the smuggling game goes international.

Some fan theories about what could happen in Pushpa: The Rule are also afloat.

Pushpa or Srivalli to die?

Some fan theories have suggested that Pushpa will die at the hands of his rivals early on in the movie and his look-alike son will come back to avenge his death. Another speculation is that a pregnant Srivalli (Rashmika Mandanna) will escape to Japan with the help of Pushpa's associates after her husband is killed by the mafia. Japan is where Pushpa Raj's son will grow up away from harm, and return to avenge his father's murder.

Another theory claims that Srivalli will die in the movie as Pushpa is out of the country. When he learns of her death, devastated, he seeks revenge on her murderers.  

The false persona theory  

One fan theory claims that Pushpa fled to Japan after a failed assassination attempt on him while making his enemies believe that he was dead. Later, he returns adopting a new persona and seeks revenge on those trying to kill him.

While speculations are rife about what could unfold in the Pushpa saga on the sequel, Allu Arjun and the film's producer have hinted that Pushpa 3 could also be in the works. Meanwhile, Pushpa 2 will release on December 5.
