Congress holds protest march against Centre's economic policies

Centre blamed for farmer suicides
Speaking about same, Congress leer MM Hassan said, "Kerala is facing inflation due to central government policies. Suicides of farmers are heard on a daily basis. Centre me a lot of promises to farmers but ne of m was fulfilled. w y are acting as a mute spectator to ir suicides. During 2014 and 2019 general elections, BJP me tall claims of creating job and employment for youths, however, unemployment rate is increasing in country".

Senior Congress leer Oommen Chandy who also participated in protest march too blamed BJP for falling growth rate of country. He also said that BJP also needs to be blamed for GDP situation in country. "BJP has paralysed our GDP growth rate. country is witnessing all-time low ecomic growth and employment rate has dipped to an all-time low," he said.

Congress has decided to hold nationwide protests from vember 5 to 15 against central government policies with special focus on ecomic crisis, unemployment, farm distress and "verse" impact of proposed RCEP agreement.
