Coronavirus has claimed to have taken lives of 119,686 people all over world. As per reports, virus was first detected in Wuhan, China in December 2019. According to reports, re are currently about 1,920,918 cases all around world that have been tested positive with virus. Among which India has been one of many countries to be affected by this virus and has reportedly 8988 active cases.
Government and health authorities in India are taking preventive steps in combating this deadly virus. As per reports, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has recently extended nationwide lockdown till May 3, 2020, for safety of citizens due to growing rate of virus. Here’s taking a closer look at number of cases and hotspot areas in state of Bihar, India.

Coronavirus hotspots in Bihar
According to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, re are currently about 65 confirmed cases in state of Bihar with 26 recovered cases and 1 fatality. state is currently under a complete lockdown as advised by Prime Minister and State Government.
As per reports, on Friday Siwan district has arisen as coronavirus hotspot in Bihar accounting for 29 of 65 confirmed cases. It was also reported that among 29 cases, 20 cases belong to a single family while four ors have recovered.

In a recent interview with a leading news portal, Bihar’s director-general police Gupteshwar Pandey revealed that y are keeping a close watch on vill and its adjoining areas. He also said that y have ensured a complete lockdown on state and also one cant move from one house to ar house in any area.
