Coronavirus: UP couple stranded in Wuhan appeal to be rescued by Indian authorities
A couple from Uttar Pradesh stranded in Wuhan amid the deadly outbreak of Coronavirus, have made several appeals to the Indian government to rescue them soon

An Associate Professor belonging to Uttar Presh's Etah district is stranded in Wuhan, amid dely outbreak of vel Coronavirus and has me several appeals to Indian government to immediately rescue him and his wife, along with 23 or Indian nationals from Chinese city.
Wuhan is at epicentre of Coronavirus outbreak and has been under lockdown and has reportedly killed over 1,000 people within a short span of time.

35-year-old Ashish Yav who works at Wuhan Textile University, along with his wife Neha (30) who is currently pursuing a PhD in computer science, have been speaking to ir families in Uttar Presh via video mess almost every day.
One of ir family members in Uttar Presh stated that couple missed special flight which rescued Indians on January 31 as Neha h undergone mir surgery and was vised to complete bed rest for a week.

Indians send messs to ir families from Wuhan
re are 23 or Indians in China's Wuhan, which include students and working professionals, who are rey to pay expenses to return to India. y have been reaching out to government authorities by sending distress messs, but have t received any response so far. In a mess to her family, Neha said couple h also approached Indian embassy about ir situation.

Since lockdown of Wuhan on January 22, Chinese government has assured its citizens that Coronavirus incubation period would only last for 14 days, and situation will rmalize by first week of February. But situation has become critical in city.

y approached Chinese authorities to fly to India
Four days ago, Wuhan Textile University authorities sent a team of 15 men, consisting of policemen, doctors, and nurses, who inspected ir health parameters, and warned m to get hospitalised immediately if ir body temperature rose above 37.5 degrees, couple said.
couple has sent a letter, seeking permission from authorities in Wuhan to travel to airport to board a flight to India. But authorities demanded a direct call or an intervention by Indian Ambassor or Minister of External Affairs to allow m to travel.

Neha moved to Wuhan a year after couple got married in vember 2018.
Ministry of Civil Aviation, Air India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare held a rescue operation, and two Special Air India flights were operated between Delhi and Wuhan on January 31 and February 1 that rescued a total of 654 passengers that included 647 Indian citizens.
