Azam Khan's son Abdullah's two contradicting birth certificates surface as UP Police files chargesheet against him

After UP police filed an FIR against Uttar Presh MLA Abdullah Azam Khan - son of Samajwi Party MP Azam Khan on Tuesday regarding discrepancies in proof, Republic TV has accessed on Wednesday, two contricting birth certificates submitted by MLA. One of birth certificates which he h used during his election mination process states his birth date as 30 September 1990 and or states his birth date as 1 January 1993. Police has filed a charge sheet against Abdullah in this matter and matter is set to be heard in court.

Here are two birth certificates:

Abdullah h been taken into custody by Rampur police earlier in day for obstructing search operations in Mohammed Ali Jauhar University. His far- Azam Khan has been slapped with 13 cases against him by Uttar Presh from year 2006-2016, in connection with land grabbing.

Earlier on Tuesday, in a case of misinformation of revealing one's , an FIR was filed against Abdullah Azam Khan by UP police with respect to discrepancies in proof documents submitted for passport.

Azam Khan 'Land Mafia':

Earlier last week,   district authorities listed Samajwi leer as a 'land mafia'  in anti-land mafia portal that was introduced by Yogi ityanath government for allegedly forcibly taking land from farmers to construct Mohammed Ali Jauhar University, as per sources. During this week, authorities have reportedly registered around 13 cases against him in connection with land grabbing between years 2006-2016. 

Following this move, in a bid to defend Khan, SP chief Akhilesh Yav h constituted a 21-member committee, led by leer of opposition in Legislative Council Ahm Hasan, to probe "fake cases" lodged against party MP Azam Khan in Rampur. 21-member committee of party legislators led by Leer of Opposition in Legislative council will reach Rampur on July 20 and probe fake cases pertaining to encroachment of land of farmers against Khan, who is also vice-chancellor of Mohamm Ali Jauhar University, and incidents to harass him by district ministration," SP chief spokesman Rajendra Chowdhury said.
