Bharat Bandh: Haryana Police issues traffic advisory, cautions public of congestion

Ahead of the Bharat Bandh call issued by farmers, the Haryana Police has issued a travel advisory for the general public to follow on Tuesday.

Ahe of Bharat Bandh call issued by farmers, Haryana Police has issued a travel visory for general public to follow on Tuesday. state police has apprised public of possible traffic blocks on various ros and highways due to protests by farmers against three agrarian laws introduced by Centre. visory highlights that peak time of impact of protest is expected to be between 12 pm and 3 pm. It has also stated that all districts in state are likely to experience big or small ro jams. 

"It is expected that agitating groups may sit in dharna on various ros and highways, within Haryana and block m for some time. peak time of impact is expected to be between 12 pm and 3 pm. re may be some disruptions on various toll plazas in state. main national highways Delhi-Ambala (NH-44), Delhi-Hisar (NH-9), Delhi-Palwal (NH-19) and Delhi to Rewari (NH-48) may also see some traffic disruptions for a short time," visory res. 

Moreover, Haryana Police has also me elaborate arrangements to maintain law and order situation during bandh on Tuesday. Earlier on Monday, national capital witnessed scenes of traffic congestion and disruption from rmal route as thousands of farmers continue to demonstrate on borders of Delhi. Delhi police h to divert traffic through several different routes to avoid traffic jams.

Representatives of peasants have also stated that emergency services will be allowed during bandh tomorrow. y have also maintained that ir movement is apolitical and politicians will be allowed on st amid demonstrations. farmers have w been agitating for 12 days at borders of national capital in huge numbers. Meanwhile, Ministry of Home Affairs has issued an visory to all states on Monday to maintain law & order situation during Bandh on Tuesday. In visory, Ministry has asked states to make sure 'bandh' takes place peacefully and re are untoward incidents.
