Wadhawans in Mahabaleshwar skipping Yes Bank Scam summons; ED seizes 5 high-end vehicles
Republic TV has learnt that when the Wadhawans were called by ED to join Yes Bank scam probe in mid-March they were travelling in and out of Mahabaleshwar

Kapil and Dheeraj Wadhawan have been avoiding probe that is being conducted by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) on grounds of COVID-19. Republic TV has learnt that when y were called by ED to join Yes Bank scam probe in mid-March y were actually travelling in and out of Mahabaleshwar.
Even in mid-March, family was in Mahabaleshwar with a big entour. This was also same time when both ncies had issued multiple summons to Wadhawans to join probe. Wadhawans have been travelling in and out of Mahabaleshwar since March 7. This information was allegedly t shared by police with Central ncies — CBI & ED — despite a n-bailable warrant being issued by a special CBI court.

Skipping summons
Wadhawans have been travelling to or cities after skipping summons to join probe in Yes Bank scam. On Thursday, local informants of Central ncies got to kw about Wadhawans presence in Mahabaleshwar after ir neighbours raised an alarm about movement in locality despite lockdown. neighbours n informed local police authorities. Around 5 pm on Thursday, ED and CBI wrote to Satara Police asking m about Wadhawans' whereabouts.
