Chief Minister of Telangana, K Chandrashekhar Rao and Chief Minister of Andhra Presh, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Monday decided to divert Godavari river water to Krishna river with least possible land acquisition. two chief ministers discussed for several hours about decision, also talking on bifurcation issues, an official statement from Rao's office reportedly said.

Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao also requested Jagan Mohan Reddy to train 4,000 policemen as Telangana government will be recruiting as many as 18,000 policemen. Reddy responded positively to request, release reportedly said. Earlier, two leers h decided to share Godavari river water for benefit of both states.

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy ordered demolition of unauthorised property
In a fresh incident, Andhra Presh CM Jagan Mohan Reddy ordered civic authorities to demolish an unauthorised constructions on bank of river Krishna on Monday. Andhra Presh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) h reported property belonged to Telugu Desam Party leer P. Koteswara Rao snd was constructed without permission from competent authorities. demolished property h stood near TDP chief and former CM of Andhra Presh, Chandrababu Naidu's residence. This incident took place after Naidu's residence was served tice for same, which indicated that y could demolish his property next.

K Chandrashekhar Rao inducts new ministers in Cabinet
After winning second term in office, Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrashekhar Rao inducted new ministers in his cabinet, that included two women, his son KT Rama Rao and nephew T Harish Rao. This is first time women have been inducted in a Telangana Cabinet since 2014, year in which state separated from Andhra Presh.
