As death toll due to Typhoon Hagibis reaches 18, PM Modi on Sunday took to Twitter to express his condolences to Japan. He tweeted in Japanese hoping for an early recovery from mass havoc caused by storms. He also expressed confidence in President Shinzo Abe's preparation in countering disaster. He also extended Indian Navy's assistance to provide necessary support to Japan.

Meanwhile, Japan is still coping from most powerful typhoon 'Hagibis' hitting island country on Saturday.
