opposition BJP on Friday boycotted goverr's dress on first day of Budget session of Rajasthan Assembly and accused government of t following rules in holding session.

As soon as Goverr Kalraj Mishra began to deliver his speech, Leer of Opposition Gulabchand Kataria raised his objection over session being called without a prior tice of 21 days.

Kataria said government hurriedly decided to hold session because bill to extend reservation to SC and STs in Lok Sabha and state assemblies for ar 10 years was to be ratified before January 25.

He said state government suddenly woke up and decided to call session.

Kataria said a tice has to be served 21 days before calling a session so that members can make ir preparations.
