On the auspicious occasion of Eid-E-Milad-Un-Nabi, Vice President Venkaiah Naidu, on Sunday, wished the nation , commemorating  the birth of Prophet Mohammad. He hoped that the celebration of the Prophet's life will strengthen generosity, charity in people. He added that people must take the prophet's message of righteousness and virtue forward.

Similarly, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu too took to twitter to share Milad-un-Nabi wishes. He added that the message of the prophet Muhammad is peace, harmony, harmony and brotherhood. He highlighted the importance of the Prophet's birthday to the world.

Bihar CM Nitish Kumar also wished people on the birth anniversary of the 'Prophet of Islam' Hazrat Muhammad. Calling him an inspiration, he added that one should take his message of love, tolerance, peace and universal brotherhood forward. He also shared a press release of his wishes.

What is Eid-E-Milad-Un-Nabi?

Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi or Eid-e-Milad is  celebrated commemorating the birth of Prophet Mohammad. The Prophet was born in Mecca on the twelfth day of Rabee-ul-Awwal, the third month of the Islamic lunar calendar, presumably in 570 CE. Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi falls on November 9 and will continue till evening of November 10 this year.
