JDU leer Sanjay Singh, on Thursday, reacted to statements me by RJD leer Tej Pratap Yav and called him a “m man” for making “misogynistic” comments on CM Nitish Kumar and Dy CM Sushil Kumar Modi. Tej Pratap, son of Lalu Pras Yav asked CM and Dy CM of Bihar to replace Kumar in ir names with "Kumari", often used with names of girls. BJP termed this comment me by Tej Pratap as “misogynistic”.

Reacting to remarks me by Tej Pratap Yav, Sanjay Singh said, “I don't even want to take his name. Everything is open, what people call him, he is a m man. Lalu Pras Yav’s values can be seen in his son. It was hidden earlier, however, it has w been exposed.”

Tej Pratap Yav’s comment on CM, Dy CM
Tej Pratap Yav was dressing crowd at an anti-CAA, NRC rally where he said, “Nitish Kumar, whom my far h aptly named palturam (turncoat), can also be called Nitish Kumari. And his companion Sushil Kumar Modi, bearer of saffron flag, called Sushil Kumari Modi. y cant take us he-on... y sit in ir homes wearing bangles."

BJP reacts to Kumar’s statements
BJP spokesman Nikhil Anand reacted angrily to Tej Pratap’s statements. He also demanded an apology from RJD leer. He reminded Tej Pratap Yav of allegations of domestic violence that his estranged wife has levelled against him.

"Was Tej Pratap trying to say that those whose names are suffixed with Kumari and who wear bangles deserve respect? His tasteless remarks and applause y received from his supporters are proof that misogyny runs deep in RJD," Anand said.

He furr ded that Tej Pratap Yav's "misogynistic" remarks backed charges levelled against him by his wife. "If he is trying to emulate his uncouth far, he must beware he may similarly land in jail one day," BJP spokesperson said.
