RJD to boycott Nitish Kumar's swearing-in as CM; claims 'Bihar gave mandate to us'

As Nitish Kumar is all set to be sworn-in as Chief Minister of Bihar on Monday at 4.30 PM, Lalu Pras Yav's RJD anunced that y will t attend swearing-in ceremony. Reiterating ir claim that y won people's mandate but data was forged to make NDA winner, RJD tweeted from its official Twitter account and said that y are boycotting event. Terming it to be fraud, RJD said that y are people's representative and y can see how angry people are with BJP and JDU.

Suspense on Deputy CM continues
Patna is abuzz with talk that Sushil Modi will t retain position and may inste be given a central role. With Nitish set to take oath for seventh time in last 20 years, Republic Media Network has accessed a list of leers who may be sworn in along with Nitish. BJP is expected to get major portfolios as party won 75 seats in assembly compared to JDU's 43. BJP president JP Nda and Home Minister Amit Shah will attend swearing-in.

As per sources, nine ministers will be sworn in with Nitish Kumar. re will be two Deputy CMs - BJP's Tarkishore Pras and Renu Devi. Apart from m, position of speaker of Vidhan Sabha will go to BJP's Nand Kishore Yav and former assembly speaker - JDU's Vijay Chaudhary - will be given ar portfolio, as per sources. HAM's Santosh Suman and VIP's Mukesh Sahni will be inducted into cabinet as well. Or leers to be inducted are JDU's Vijendra Yav who lost from Sandesh constituency, JDU president Ashok Choudhary, Tarapur MLA Mewalal Choudhary, Phulpuras MLA Sheela Kumari.

Bihar assembly elections results were declared around midnight on vember 10-vember 11, with ruling coalition - NDA winning 125 in 243-member assembly, against Mahagathbandhan's 110. Even as contest remained neck and neck throughout day, RJD under leership of Tejashwi Yav, became single largest party with 75 seats, followed by BJP's 74. While Chirag Paswan's LJP won one seat, it me a major dent in JDU's tally that has come down to 43 from 71 in 2015. biggest clincher is Asuddin Owaisi's AIMIM winning 5 seats and CPI-ML winning 12 seats. or two left parties - CPI and CPI-M won two each. or two alliance partners of NDA - HAM and Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) won four seats each.
