Making a major claim on Sunday, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leer Maj Jha said that Nitish Kumar is on a wafer-thin majority in Bihar and he will t last long as CM. Jha opined that Nitish Kumar will get CM seat back this year only because BJP "mand" victory for him, referring to Tejashwi Yav's claim of hacked EVM. He accused Nitish Kumar of suppressing people's mandate with a decree by switching from 'Mahagathbandhan' to National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in 2017 and said that people of Bihar have woken up w.

"Even NDA and BJP must mit that if it h t been a mandate for change, Nitish Ji would t have won around 40 seats in State Legislative Assembly. You (Nitish Kumar) are on a wafer-thin majority, that too, a mand one. A mand-majority government doesn't last long," Jha said while speaking to news ncy ANI.

He said that RJD has alrey approached Election Commission of India about low vote margins and warned Nitish Kumar of people coming to streets demanding accountability in coming days. Commenting on Nitish Kumar's remark on LJP, Jha said he doesn't have any or option. "Nitish doesn't have an option. A person with 40 seats is looking to become next Chief Minister. BJP has control and script w," he ded.

"You (Nitish Kumar) suppressed people's mandate with a decree, but w people of Bihar have woken up. y have seen difference between a mandate and a decree. w, people of Bihar will t spare you. People will w come to ros to ensure accountability," Jha said.

Tejashwi cries foul 

Speaking publically for first time two days after Bihar Election result, RJD leer Tejashwi Yav has yet again accused Election Commission of India (ECI) of tampering poll data in favour of BJP. dressing a press conference after meeting with Mahagathbandhan leers at Rabri Devi's residence, Tejashwi Yav said that BJP and Nitish Kumar should be ashamed for stealing mandate. While Lalu's son's alliance polled almost same number of votes as  NDA alliance overall, Tejashwi has claimed that people of Bihar voted for Mahagathbandhan. Tejashwi Yav has also said that if BJP doesn't fulfill ir promise of providing jobs to 19 lakh people in state till January, n he will 'fight' along with his supporters against false promises.

Bihar assembly elections results were declared around midnight on vember 10-vember 11, with ruling coalition - NDA winning 125 in 243-member assembly, against Mahagathbandhan's 110.  Even as contest remained neck and neck throughout day, RJD under leership of Tejashwi Yav, became single largest party with 75 seats, followed by BJP's 74. While Chirag Paswan's LJP won one seat, it me a major dent in JDU's tally that has come down to 43 from 71 in 2015. biggest clincher is Asuddin Owaisi's AIMIM winning 5 seats and CPI-ML  winning 12 seats. or two left parties - CPI and CPI-M won two each. or two alliance partners of NDA - HAM and Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) won four seats each.
