Speaking publically for first time two days after Bihar Election result, RJD leer Tejashwi Yav has yet again accused Election Commission of India (ECI) of tampering poll data in favour of BJP. dressing a press conference after meeting with Mahagathbandhan leers at Rabri Devi's residence, Tejashwi Yav said that BJP and Nitish Kumar should be ashamed for stealing mandate. With Lalu's son's alliance polled almost same number of votes as NDA alliance overall, Tejashwi has claimed that people of Bihar voted for Mahagathbandhan. Tejashwi Yav has also said that if BJP doesn't fulfill ir promise of providing jobs to 19 lakh people in state till January, n he will 'fight' along with his supporters against false promises.
Tejashwi also slammed Nitish Kumar and claimed that Prime Minister stopped 31-year-old from becoming CM. "If you have shame left, do t sit on chair of CM." He also said that he has me a place for himself in hearts of people. "With folded hands, I bow in front of people of Bihar and I humbly thank m for showering ir love upon Mahagathbandhan and me. People have given ir mandate to us but EC has anunced mandate that y wanted to. We contested elections with positive motive and campaigned on issues - unemployment, migration, health, education, while y used wealth and muscle-power," Tejashwi said.

On accusation that it was because of Congress' poor performance that Mahagathbandhan lost, Tejashwi said that it is t time to fight among mselves and claimed that as per ground report, Mahagathbandhan got 130 seats. On Prime Minister Narendra Modi's statement that women are silent voters of BJP, Tejashwi me a sharp response stating that re is silent voter, but invisible voters. "What silent voter is he talking about. If y are silent, how does he kws about it, did y whisper in Modi ji's ears that y have voted for BJP? In fact, re are silent voters, y are invisible, meaning, y do t exist...This is scripted propaganda," Tejashwi said.

Bihar assembly elections results were declared around midnight on vember 10-vember 11, with ruling coalition - NDA winning 125 in 243-member assembly, against Mahagathbandhan's 110. Even as contest remained neck and neck throughout day, RJD under leership of Tejashwi Yav, became single largest party with 75 seats, followed by BJP's 74. While Chirag Paswan's LJP won one seat, it me a major dent in JDU's tally that has come down to 43 from 71 in 2015. biggest clincher is Asuddin Owaisi's AIMIM winning 5 seats and CPI-ML winning 12 seats. or two left parties - CPI and CPI-M won two each. or two alliance partners of NDA - HAM and Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) won four seats each.
