UP: Yogi Adityanath readies action plan with senior officials for post-lockdown phase

In order to prepare India's most populous state to steily ease coronavirus lockdown after April 14, Uttar Presh Chief Minister Yogi ityanath held a meeting with 'Team-11' at his government residence in Luckw on Friday. 'Team-11' includes senior bureaucrats in state including state Chief Secretary RK Tiwari.
CM asked his team to prepare an action plan to deal with challenging circumstances of both — maintaining public health by ensuring social distancing remains intact and dealing with a large influx of people wanting to return from or states. ityanath asked officials to plan when and how schools, colleges, different markets and malls will re-open after lockdown.

Take help of NGOs for food distribution
He also told his team to ensure that food is delivered to needy on time. For this, CM recommended enlisting help of voluntary organizations like NGOs and coordinating with District Magistrates and Anganwi workers for door-to-door food delivery.

"Develop a strategy in view of current situation and future condition. Operate community kitchens in every district, and take help of voluntary organizations and or people who want to support. Establish a collection centre so that everyone does t go out to distribute food. Collect food re and n proceed for distribution," Yogi ityanath said.
CM also asked officials to prepare volunteers from NSS, NCC, Scouts and Youth Mangal Dal and train m to prevent spre of Coronavirus and also what steps to be taken during infection. "y will be helpful in supply of food and essential goods, and also vital for us when infection increases," leer said.

Prepare doctors’ list for treatment
Chief Minister said that while dealing with outbreak, doctors of anessia, physicians, and women and child specialists are needed most. He asked officials to make a list of how many doctors in private sector have related expertise and train m so that ir help can be taken when needed. "Likewise, similar training is also needed for ir paramedical staff and doctors of AYUSH department. Make a list of how many beds and ventilators could be me available in private hospitals if needed," he said.

Mask production and special Corona fund
Among or things, CM ityanath directed speeding up of mask manufacturing by enlisting women Self Help Groups (SHGs) and or small and micro enterprises for production. government will also create a Corona Care fund with a corpus of Rs 1,000 crore which will be used to provide testing facilities and arrange treatment equipment like ventilators, masks, sanitizers, PPE (Personal Protection Equipment), etc.

Be strict against people who do t co-operate
CM also asked officials to convey a strong mess to those who violate social distancing in lockdown. “An incident like Indore should t happen anywhere in UP. File cases against such people under Disaster Act. Those who disagree with government, keep m under strict supervision. Take strict action against all those who created chaos in Ghaziab hospital,” he said.
