RG Kar Medical College Student Attempts Suicide In Hostel, Critical

Kolkata: A nursing student of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital allegedly attempted to commit suicide inside her hostel room leing to major chaos among students. victim student was reportedly rescued by or students in hostel and was hospitalised. According to reports, condition of victim is critical at hospital. 

A senior police official stated that victim, a second-year nursing student of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, allegedly tried to end her life following a dispute with her roommate in hostel. 

student, a resident of West Bengal's Purulia district, is currently being treated at hospital's trauma care unit.

During preliminary investigations, alleged incident took place late on Saturday night following a quarrel over switching off light.

police said, " student h filed a complaint with college authorities, but y blamed her, leing to her depression. She was later found in a pool of blood and was rescued by or students. Police are investigating matter."

Furr legal action is being taken into matter.
