Tamil Nu Goverr Banwarilal Purohit on Saturday approved to unanimously passed bill seeking 7.5% reservation in medical colleges for government school students who qualify in NEET. approval came a day after AIMK government issued an executive order that bypassed Goverr to implement bill's provisions as mission process is set to begin soon.

executive order was seen as a clash between AIMK and Goverr - appointed by Central BJP government. two parties are allies in Tamil Nu. Though state assembly h passed bill in September, Goverr Purohit sought three to four weeks to decide on bill after Opposition leer MK Stalin sent him a letter requesting for speedy approval of bill.
