Ahe of 74th Independence day, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Goverr, Maj Sinha has extended greetings and good wishes to people of Jammu and Kashmir. However, in his text, Lt Guv mentioned that he wants to make development, peace, progress and social harmony most integral part of narrative.

Furrmore, Lt Guv emphasized on  cultural harmony and peaceful co-existence between Hinduism and Sufi Islam and ditionally me a special appeal to youth and students.
