Displaying ir disapproval of West Bengal goverr Jagdeep Dhankar, students of Javpur University on Monday, showed black flags to goverr as he arrived at university, according to ANI. Visuals show students carrying several posters displaying 'Shame Shame Goverr', ' CAB, NRC' shouting slogans at goverr. goverr who was reportedly stuck inside his car, unable to move ahe, has finally been to enter premises. Dhankar arrived at university to attend a meeting of Court of University.

Javpur defers special convocation
Earlier on Saturday, Javpur University deferred Special Convocation programme on December 24, to be dressed by Chancellor - Jagdeep Dhankar, who also state goverr in view of threat of students' bodies to show black flag to him. Meanwhile, university's annual convocation which does t require Chancellor's presence - will be held as scheduled on December 24. Dhankar took to Twitter to express his sorrow, blaming Bengal government for politically motivating university.

Goverr-CM tussle
Recently, goverr slammed CM Mamata Banerjee for igring his appeal to withdraw her statement seeking intervention of United Nations regarding amended Citizenship Act. goverr has repeatedly expressed his anguish over Bengal government’s rejection of CAA and said that Mamata Banerjee should abide by Constitution. Previously, he also demanded CM to brief him on law & order situation in state amid anti-CAA violence, but Banerjee skipped meeting.

tussle between Goverr and Mamata Banerjee-led government has been ongoing since absence of pleasantries between him and Banerjee in Assembly. Banerjee has hit out at him saying, "a BJP leer has come to Bengal who does t even have courtesy to return a salutation". Dhankar has alleged that Banerjee was "humiliating" him "on every occasion" and was t briefing him regularly. Previously on December 5, Goverr h arrived at state Assembly and found main gates locked and Assembly empty, inspite of him informing Speaker of his arrival.
