Century-old egg
Basically it’s a rotten egg (t 100 year old but rar 100 days old), preserved by using clay, ash, quicklime for few months. yolk turns into a slimy dark green, while white turns into dark brown jelly thing. It smells strongly of ammonia but surprisingly tastes like a rmal boiled egg.
Balut
It is a Philippi street food item where developing duck egg is boiled in its shell and served with beer. As weird and harsh as it sounds, pictures of this dish aren't even appetising.
