Winter season in India usually falls from October to January. Just like climate, our body changes to keep up with changing wear. For that, body needs vitamins and energy. According to many health nutritions, a change in diet according to each season is necessary, for supplying body with right fuel. Honey has been kwn for its anti-oxidant properties since s. This sweet substance is used in many food items and medicines. Its natural properties can reportedly keep your body warm and energetic. You can add it in salads as a dressing. You can substitute sugar with honey in your bevers too. You can add honey in your regular glass of milk as well. 

Zinc and Selenium rich food 

Dark chocolates are a rich source of zinc. Sea-food and vegetables like peas and potatoes are good sources for selenium. Zinc and selenium maintain defence system of body and fight infections too.
