Viparita-Karani (Leg up wall pose)
To perform this yoga asana, lie down comfortably on floor with hips close to wall. Rest your shoulders on floor and spre your arms sideways. palms should be facing in an urd direction. Slowly exhale and extend legs up wall. Your legs should be firm and perpendicular to ground. Look at your chest with a softened gaze.

Balasana (child pose)
This is a good yoga pose for anxiety as fetal-like position brings physical, mental and emotional solace to person. To perform this yoga, kneel down on a thick mat and your knees two-three inches apart. Exhale and bend forward, allowing torso to rest on top of your thighs. forehe should touch floor. Paschimottanasana (seated forward bend pose)

Bend your left knee and place your feet on inner side of your right thigh. Fold hands in a prayer pose in front of heart and look in front.

Bdha Konasana (Butterfly pose)
This asana removes stress and clams mind. It also revitalizes health. To perform this yoga exhale and bend your knees, touching your soles of feet toger. Rest heels against pelvic region and make sure that knees are open wide. Wrap your hands around feet and take deep breaths.
