NASA-SpaceX's historic manned launch to ISS aborted due to bad weather; here's what's next

The launch of a SpaceX rocket ship with 2 NASA astronauts has been called off because of stormy weather. Liftoff has been rescheduled for Saturday.

While millions of eyes across world were on historic launch of NASA-X Dragon Crew launch, wear conditions have forced m to scrub mission for day. re was a prior warning of a torno near Kennedy Center at least two hours before launch. Neverless, US astronauts Doug Hurley and Bob Behnken h boarded Crew Dragon on top of 230-foot X Falcon 9.

After final call on wear conditions, partially loed rocket started with ‘offlo mission’. Reportedly, astronauts were told that wear wouldn't clear up eugh to permit liftoff and mission was called off with 16 minutes to go in countdown. According to international reports, entire #LaunchAmerica would be initiated later this week on May 30 at 3:22 pm ET.

‘Herculean task’

While preparing for launch, NASA ministrator Jim Bridenstine h lauded entire mission as a “herculean task” and called it a “monumental achievement”. It was also revealed that designing of X Dragon capsule was started from scratch at least 12 years ago to travel to Station. Bridenstine said that NASA let “commercial industry invate” and that led to solutions that were ‘undreamed of before’. According to NASA ministrator, that aspect remains ‘real success’ of #LaunchAmerica.
