Chicago Bulls' rookie Coby White outscored the New York Knicks by hitting 7 three-pointers in Q4, the highest in a quarter by a rookie in NBA history.

Chicago Bulls' rookie Coby White hit 7 three-pointers in Q4, the highest by a rookie in NBA history. The Knicks managed to score only 17 in the quarter. The Bulls outscored the Knicks 35-17, defeating the Knicks with a 120-102 advantage.

Watch Coby White hit 7 three-pointers against the Knicks

White was the Bulls' No.7 overall draft pick in summer. White scored his first three-pointer after taking a look-ahead pass from Kris Dunn 60 seconds into Q4. His second and third three-pointers were seconds later, both off the dish from Ryan Arcidiacono. White kept on shooting and finished the game with career-high 27 points. The fans gave White a standing ovation while cheering 'Coby'. White's former college coach Roy Williams was also present in the stands and later congratulated him on the court. The Bulls' coach Jim Boylen also congratulated White, praising the youngster in a post-match interview and calling his game 'terrific'.
