According to Los Angeles Lakers small forward Jared Dudley, the team laughed after the LA Clippers blew their 3-1 lead to the Denver Nuggets.

Throughout 2019-20 season, Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers were considered top contenders for current NBA title. When both teams made it to playoffs, fans were excited for a Los Angeles teams showdown during Western Conference Finals. However, Clippers "choked", blew ir 3-1 lead against Denver Nuggets and were eliminated. team faced backlash following ir disappointing loss as y once again failed to make it to NBA conference finals.

Jared Dudley reveals Lakers laughed after Clippers blew ir 3-1 lead
After Lakers win, veteran Jared Dudley appeared on Bill Simmons' podcast. While talking about Clippers, Dudley revealed that Lakers shared a laugh after Clippers lost conference semifinals. As many reports and analysts had predicted Clippers as winners, Lakers enjoyed Clippers being eliminated.

“We were laughing at this thing like ‘I can’t believe it!’" Dudley said. He added that one thought Clippers were going to lose. "All on our mind was, we gotta beat Clippers," he added, stating that Clippers wanted m, and y wanted Clippers. Every time y practised, Dudley revealed, a KAwhi Lwoanrd billboard was looking at m. Lakers ended up facing Denver Nuggets for Conference Finals, beating m 4-1 to meet Miami Heat for Finals. Though Heat mand to win two games, Lakers prevailed in 4-2 series, winning ir first NBA title since 2010. LeBron James scored game-high 28 points during Game 6, also winning his fourth NBA championship and Finals MVP award.
