Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid said Tuesday he "hated the idea" of the the NBA resuming its season and doesn't believe it will be safe enough.

The three-time All-Star center said he was worried about contracting the virus despite strict COVID-19 protocols that will be in place inside the Disney sports complex because he doesn't trust that all NBA players will adhere to the rules.
