BCCI to fly Indian players directly to Australia from Dubai post Dream11 IPL 2020 final?

As per a BCCI source, the Indian squad for the India vs Australia 2020 series will fly to Australia from Dubai after the completion of the Dream11 IPL 2020.

With India vs Australia 2020 tour inching closer,  Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is leaving stones unturned in tackling all logistical challenges that may arise due to ongoing COVID-19 situation. India vs Australia 2020 series is tentatively scheduled for a vember 27 start. Virat Kohli-led side will mark ir return to international cricket with a 3-match T20 series against hosts. 

Indian team is likely to travel Down Under with a big squ, with family members of players also granted permission to travel for India vs Australia 2020 series. BCCI is striving to finalise travelling schedule of squ along with support staff considering mandatory quarantine routine team will have to go through ahe of tour. A BCCI source confirmed board's plans of flying  squ to Australia after Dream11 IPL 2020 is completed.

Ravi Shastri, Cheteshwar Pujara and Hanuma Vihari will travel to Dubai 

A BCCI official, while speaking to PTI, revealed that most feasible plan is for team to travel toger from Dubai after completion of Dream11 IPL 2020. India's he coach Ravi Shastri along with coaching staff Bharat Arun, Vikram Rathour and R Sridhar will travel to Dubai by end of this month. Test specialists Cheteshwar Pujara and Hanuma Vihari are also slated to accompany support staff to Dubai, as per BCCI official.

As most of players are currently a part of a bio-secure environment for Dream11 IPL 2020, BCCI source stated that board is planning to create a similar bubble for players and staff travelling to ensure smoor operations. All personnel who are t a part of Dream11 IPL 2020 will go through a six-day quarantine routine where multiple COVID-19 tests will be conducted on days 1, 3 and 6. Post completion of Dream11 IPL 2020, whole squ will come toger and travel for India vs Australia 2020 series from Dubai itself.

India vs Australia 2020 series will consist of a three-match T20 series, followed by 3 ODIs and n teams will battle it out for prestigious Border-Gavaskar Trophy in a 4-Test series. Cricket Australia has also t ruled out presence of crowds during matches. Indian team is likely to land in Brisbane after completion of Dream11 IPL 2020 in vember. Australia is currently hosting New Zealand Women's team for a three-match T20 and ODI series.
