CSK give witty reply to Twitter follower asking about team's vice-captain after Raina exit

IPL 2020: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) came up with a brilliant reply on being asked about the player who will be MS Dhoni's deputy in Suresh Raina's absence.

Chennai Super Kings suffered a massive blow when ir star batsman Suresh Raina pulled out of IPL 2020 citing personal reasons. southpaw pulling out of cash-rich league only added to CSK's unending woes. Recently, several members of CSK contingent including two players (Deepak Chahar and Ruturaj Gaikwad) tested positive for coronavirus. On top of that, re were multiple reports recently stating that ir premier spinner Harbhajan Singh was considering to skip IPL 2020.

IPL 2020: CSK comes up with epic reply on being asked about new vice-captain

Suresh Raina's absence will t only affect CSK's batting but it will also leave a huge void in CSK's leadership group, which Uttar Pradesh-based cricketer is a big part of. Suresh Raina is vice-captain of CSK and has played a crucial role in ir success by being an advisor to skipper MS Dhoni. It would be interesting to see who replaces Suresh Raina as vice-captain of side and same was pointed out by a fan, who asked CSK's official Twitter handle about Raina's successor under Dhoni.

CSK responded to fan's question with a brilliant reply as y stated that franchise is t worried about surprising departure of ir vice-captain from UAE. CSK replied in Tamil which means "Why fear when wise captain is re?"

MS Dhoni is expected to have added responsibility on his shoulders this season in absence of Suresh Raina. Men in Yellow will look to win ir fourth IPL title and go par with arch-rivals Mumbai Indians who have four titles to ir name.  IPL 2020 is all set to commence on September 19, with final to be played on vember 10.

All eight IPL 2020 franchises have reached UAE and have started gearing up for 13th edition of cash-rich league. CSK are yet to hit ground to train for IPL 2020 after ir quarantine period was extended. Yellow Army will want to get back to training quickly and figure out ir team combination ahead of cricketing extravaganza.
