How did netizens react to Irfan Pathan's recent 'cryptic' tweet?
Here's how the netizens reacted to Irfan Pathan's recent tweet after Team India's recent win in the third IND vs WI T20I match.
Former Indian cricket team skipper MS Dhoni was known to come at the end and finish games in a memorable fashion for the team. The same act was repeated by Hardik Pandya in the third India vs West Indies T20I match wherein he took the 'Men in Blue' over the line, by hitting a six off the fifth ball of the 18th over of the Windies pacer Rovman Powell. Pandya received a lot of backlash from the Team India fans on social media, and they considered Pandya's act as a 'selfish gesture'. This was because his six didn't allow, non-striker Tilak Varma to complete his second T20I half-century.
The visitors will now fly to Florida in the USA, wherein the last two matches of the T20I series between India and West Indies will be played on August 12 and 13, 2023 respectively.
