Virat Kohli added yet another feather in his cap as he became the most search player by cricket fans globally. Rohit Sharma and MS Dhoni also join the list.

Virat Kohli has been rested for ongoing T20I series against Banglesh but he will be back for two-match Test series which starts from vember 14 where he will be looking to maintain top spot in ICC Test rankings. It seems that Indian skipper is making most of his free time by posting a hilarious Mr. Bean GIF and also posting a picture of his signature tremark cover drive. It is a -brainer that Kohli is one of most followed athletes in world and most followed in India but w, he has ded ar fear in his cap.

Virat becomes  most searched player by cricket fans worldwide

As per reports, top-ranked ODI batsman has been searched over 2 million times on a monthly aver from January to September in year 2019. According to case study by an online visibility manment platform, Virat Kohli along with his deputy Rohit Sharma and 2011 World Cup-winning skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni occupy  first three positions for most searched players worldwide. In fact, trio has been most searched cricketers for two straight years w (2018 & 2019 respectively). Coincidentally, Team India is most searched team this year.

Kohli aiming to surpass Steve Smith

Virat Kohli will be back in action to le India in two-match Test series which will be played at Indore and Kolkata respectively. Meanwhile, second Test at iconic Eden Gardens scheduled from vember 22-26 will be a day-night affair which will also mark first-ever pink ball international Test in India. Virat Kohli, on or hand, will be hoping to d some more valuable points in India's World Test Championship tally and aim to surpass Steve Smith to become top-ranked batsman in longest format of game once again.
