LeBron James concedes taking Patrick Beverley's knee to the groin in Clippers vs Lakers
Lakers star LeBron James was on the losing side during the game against the Clippers. James admitted to suffering a setback after taking a knee to the groin.

Lakers' star duo of LeBron James and Anthony Davis were major injury concerns for coach Frank Vogel heading into game against LA Clippers. While both featured in Lakers' 106-111 loss at Staples Center, LeBron James and Anthony Davis were arguably off ir pace on night. LeBron James had a glorious opportunity to tie game in dying minutes. Clippers point guard Patrick Beverley, however, had or ideas as he thwarted LeBron James' attempt in end sts of game. Speaking after loss to Clippers, LeBron James had a few words regarding his showing on night.

LeBron James claims knee to groin from Patrick Beverley set him back
Lakers star LeBron James admitted that he wasn't in best of shape throughout game against Clippers. 15-time NBA All-Star said that while he may have felt healthy at start of game, Patrick Beverley's charge right around Q1 left him in discomfort for rest of game. Interestingly, with score at 109-106 in Clippers' favour, LeBron James had an opportunity to tie score. As Lakers star lined up his shot, Patrick Beverley intercepted LeBron James before he could fire one at bucket. Clippers n went on to settle contest at 111-106.

LeBron James was 9-of-24 from field on night. Considering fact that it was a groin injury that kept troubled LeBron James during his first season as a Laker, Frank Vogel will have to be wary of incident. Lakers will have opportunity to snap ir four-game losing streak this weekend. Lakers will head to Moda Center on Saturday night to face off against Portland Trail Blazers.
