NBA: Denver Nuggets vs Dallas Mavericks result and player ratings

Dallas Mavericks defeated Denver Nuggets 109-106 in their NBA game on Wednesday. The game was held at the Pepsi Center in Colorado, USA at 6:30 am IST. Maxi Klebber and Tim Hardaway Jr. were the top scorers for the Mavericks with 14 points each. Kleber's key block at the end helped Mavericks bag the win. Dorian Finney-Smith, Luka Doncic, Delon Wright scored 12 points. Jalen Brunson also finished the game with 11 points. Kristaps Porzingis, Seth Curry and Justin Jackson also scored 10 points. 

Paul Millsap was the Nuggets' top scorer with 23 points and eight rebounds. Will Barton followed with 19 points. Both Gary Harris and Jamal Murray finished the game with 16 points. Nikola Jokic also scored a triple-double, his third this season. This is Denver's first loss of the season.

Nuggets vs Mavericks match results

Till Q3, Nuggets had a high chance of winning, but the Mavericks caught up. Q3 ended with a 84-83 advantage to the Nuggets. Hardaway scored three three-pointers in Q4 and Finney-Smith scored two three-pointers mid Q4, giving the Mavericks their lead. Nuggets seemed to overtake Mavericks again, but Kleber was called in for goal tending on Murray's lay-up. Jokic lost the ball with just under 30 seconds left to go. Donic lost his two free throws, after which Murray missed his three-point shot with just over three seconds left.
