PKL 2019: Bengaluru qualify for playoffs with win over Haryana
As PKL 2019 is coming to an end, Bengaluru Bulls have secured a place for themselves in the upcoming PKL playoffs after their match with Haryana Steelers.

Bengaluru Bulls defeated Haryana Steelers 59-36 on Wednesday, October 2, 2019, at Tau Devilal Sports Complex, Panchkula. After the match, Bengaluru Bulls became the fifth team to qualify for the PKL playoffs starting on October 14. Bengaluru are currently ranked fifth on the PKL points table with 63 points. Haryana Steelers had already qualified for the playoffs with their 38-37 win against Gujarat Fortunegiants on Sunday, September 29.

Throughout PKL season 7, Bengaluru Bulls have been consistent in their performance. On Wednesday, 'Hi-Flyer' Pawan Sehrawat steered Bengaluru Bulls to victory. He scored 39 raid points in the game, breaking Pardeep Narwal's PKL two-season old record of 34 raid points against the same team. Mahender Singh, with four tackle points, was Bengaluru's top defender.
As per the current PKL points table, Haryana Steelers are ranked third with 65 points. Prashanth Kumar Rai, with an impressive 17 raid points, was their star performer. Vikash Kandola also earned six raid points for the team. As a result of a weak defence for the match, Ravi Kumar was the team's top defender with one tackle point out of seven attempted tackles.
