WWE NXT: Tommaso Ciampa returns to defeat Angel Garza
WWE NXT: The Psycho Killer, Tommaso Ciampa finally made his in-ring debut to face Angel Garza. Ciampa was last seen in February where he suffered a neck injury.
Thursday morning's WWE NXT saw some extreme matches and segments, but the thing which made fans go crazy was to see the Psycho Killer, Tommaso Ciampa finally making his in-ring debut to face Angel Garza. Ciampa was last seen in February where he suffered a critical neck injury, he has been recovering since then. Tommaso Ciampa came to the ring today to set an example out of Angel Garza as he will face NXT Champion Adam Cole in the upcoming PPV. After getting knocked out last week, Garza demanded a match against Ciampa.

WWE NXT: Tommaso Ciampa vs Angel Garza match highlight
The match started with Ciampa launching Garza into the turnbuckle and dropping him with a tackle. Though the former NXT Champion was able to avoid some punches and kicks, he was not able to dodge an enziguri by Angel Garza. Ciampa then rolled out for a breather, but Garza followed him to continue the assault. In the later part of the match, Ciampa dumped the challenger on the floor and bounced him off the apron and the barricade.
After the commercial, both the wrestlers were inside the ring and Garza displayed his skills. Firstly, Garza forced Ciampa to a corner to block a Fairy Tale Ending delivered by the Psycho. Garza then delivered a dropkick and sent Ciampa flying outside the ring. As Ciampa got up, Garza hit him with a suicide dive. Garza then took him in the ring and climbed up the to the top rope to deliver a perfect missile dropkick.
However, Ciampa soon recovered and rushed towards Garza to deliver some continuous punches to the face of the competitor. After punishing him some more, Ciampa delivered a Willow's DDT to win the match. The Undisputed Era then came to the ring in hopes to destroy Ciampa. But, Ciampa was ready with chairs and his iconic crutch. The era then moved out as Ciampa stared at the NXT Champion.
