Alicia Fox was one of the most prominent faces of women wrestling during the ‘Divas Era’. Fox rose to prominence after getting her hands on the WWE Divas Championship and teamed up with superstars Nikki Bella and Brie Bella made WWE fans fall in love with her charismata. Alicia Fox was not active in the recent WWE Draft and her name did not turn up for either of the brands. According to reports, Alicia Fox's glowing WWE career has come to an end.

WWE has shifted Alicia Fox’s website profile into the ‘Alumni’ section and it has left her fans wondering over the current status of Fox. The former Divas champion made her last appearance on this year against the current Women’s RAW Champion Becky Lynch. Fox had her moments inside the ring but failed to get the victory over Becky Lynch ‘The Man’. There has not been much buzz about her and Fox chose to staw away from WWE for a long time. Though WWE has not released any official statement regarding Alicia Fox’s departure, but looking at the current situation it seems that Alicia Fox has parted her ways with WWE.

The decreasing engagement of Alicia Fox with WWE also has its roots with controversy over Summerslam weekend. As per reports, the Floridanwas sent away from SummerSlam weekend after she was found intoxicated. This sparked a lot of controversy and hatred for Alicia Fox. She was again found guilty in a similar case of intoxication during Wrestlemania 34 weekend and Arn Anderson was fired for allowing her to fight. A lot of fans believe that Arn Anderson's get away from WWE was absolutely Alicia Fox's fault and she had to face a lot of flak. However, the Twitter bio of Alicia Fox still proudly states " Former, First and only African American WWE Divas Champion"
