Samsung Galaxy Buds colour variants, battery capacity tipped ahead of February 20 launch

The Galaxy Buds will reportedly pack 58mAh batteries while its charging case will add 252mAh more

Samsung really wants you to buy its upcoming Galaxy S10 so much so that it may be looking to bundle a free pair of yet-to-launch truly wireless Galaxy Buds as part of pre-order benefits in select markets. w Samsung is yet to officially unpack both Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Buds and is yet to confirm such an offer for early-birds, but it could be a possibility according to multiple reports.  

Samsung usually bundles a pair of AKG earphones with its premium Galaxy S and te devices, but things are different this year. t only is Samsung celebrating 10 years of Galaxy S, it’s also looking up to Galaxy S10 to prop things up from a sales and profits perspective. reason being, Galaxy S9 has failed to live up to its expectations in se regards.

Galaxy Buds have alrey passed FCC so we do have some rough idea about what could be in store. Moreover, a set of new leaks have w surfaced online, tipping  colour variants, battery capacity and a few more details in relation to Galaxy Buds. 

For starters, Galaxy Buds will reportedly pack 58mAh batteries while its charging case will d 252mAh more. This is smaller than capacities of existing Gear Icon X so battery life is a concern at this point of time but where Buds will fall short in battery, y’ll reportedly make up in terms of internal stor. Galaxy Buds are said to pack 8GB stor, which is double stor found in Gear Icon X.

But real star of show, according to reports, will be wireless charging. And  Galaxy S10 will support 9W reverse wireless charging. This means that Samsung Galaxy S10 will be able to wirelessly charge Galaxy Buds.  

Core hardware specifications of Galaxy Buds are scarce for w, although some reports hint at Bluetooth 5 support and IPX2-rating for sweat resistance.

Lastly, Samsung is looking to offer Galaxy S10E (one of three Galaxy S10 phones that it will launch on February 20) in an exclusive canary yellow colour, but looks like Galaxy S10E won’t be only yellow product that it will launch at Unpacked 2019. Galaxy Buds will reportedly also come in yellow, in dition to black and white.
