Redmi K20 Petition To Get Its Price Reduced Draws In More Traction, Signature Limit Increases To 7500
The Redmi K20’s price that attracted a petition on Change calling for Xiaomi/Redmi to reduce its cost by Rs 2000 has now garnered 5000 signatures.

Redmi K20’s price that attracted a petition on Change calling for Xiaomi/Redmi to reduce its cost by Rs 2000 has w garnered 5000 signatures (an earlier target) and w intends to go big by aiming to draw in 7500 signatures. At this point in time, petition on Change has w received 5383 signatures as it inches close to 7500 affirmations.
At this point in time, creators of petition have even written an open letter to Xiaomi detailing why it is good to reduce Redmi K2'0s costing by a “marginal” Rs 2000. To rewind, petition created on Change is also asking makers of Redmi K20 to make 128GB internal stor variant as base variant rar than current 64GB edition.

Post creation of petition, it went viral and drew in 5000 signatures comparatively early. w, going by active petition, it is evident that creator of petition is aiming to draw in more signatures (7500). For w, Redmi K20 64GB is Rs 22000 whereas 128GB costs Rs 24000.
“Chinese Pricing is around Rs.19,990 and Redmi is kwn for releasing phones in India at cheaper rates,” states petition.
