Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina to begin four-day visit to India on Oct 3
The Ministry of External Affairs announced that Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina would embark on a four-day visit to India beginning from Thursday

Ministry of External Affairs has anunced that Banglesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina would embark on a four-day visit to India beginning from Thursday. Ministry also said that Sheikh Hasina and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will eng in bilateral talks scheduled on October 5. In statement me by Ministry of External Affairs, it said, “Apart from a number of agreements that are to be exchanged between sides during visit, two Prime Ministers will also jointly inaugurate three bilateral projects via video link."
'Primary focus on tre and connectivity'
After parliamentary elections which were held in Banglesh and India, she will visit India for first time. Sheikh Hasina would also inaugurate India Ecomic Summit and to be chief guest for summit organised by World Ecomic Forum. Summit will be held on October 3 and 4. India and Banglesh relations have strengned over past few years progressing towards growth and development. officials of Ministry said that both leers will consider a better approach to furr develop collaboration between both countries. primary focus still remains to be tre and connectivity. Banglesh Prime Minister will also meet President Ram Nath Kovind. It is reported that Sheikh Hasina will stay at Taj Hotel during her visit.

PM Modi and Sheikh Hasina met at UNGA
Recently Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Bangleshi counterpart met at 74th session of UN General Assembly and got engd in talks where y both decide restate ir stance on a zero-tolerance approach to terrorism and violent extremism. Both countries agreed to establish a strong relationship concerning security matters. y decided to build trust and mutual understanding to cultivate partnership between both nations. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also congratulated Sheikh Hasina for overall ecomic growth of Banglesh under her leership. He also established India’s support to Banglesh in future endeavours.
