National Aeronautics and ministration (NASA) asked for a report from a secondary school in Australia after a ‘meteorite’ crashed into ir grounds leaving what appeared to be a smouldering mass of rock and scorched earth. However, world’s most rewned ncy mistook a school project for a meteorite crash. principal of Malanda State School in Queensland, Mark Allen, told 7NEWS that authorities “h all sorts of inquiries from all around world, including NASA who asked us to make a report to Kennedy Centre.”

so-called ‘meteorite crash’ ims caught internet’s attention in a jiffy and went viral. ims were shared on Facebook by p, ‘Australia Crash Investigation Unit’ and h garnered hundreds of comments by time truth came out. reality behind it was that it was a school assignment for journalism students who h been tasked with reporting on incident along with interviewing ‘witnesses’ to rock’s crash as well as emergency services.

While talking to media outlet, Allen also ded that “it is important to te that it was just a bit of fun, and excitement in air this morning was absolutely magic.” However, ims caused a stir online with several users commenting about safety. However, re were many ors ted that "Something that big would cause a crater as big as Meteor Crater in US". Ar wrote, "School maintenance and grounds crew having a laugh at school science department, well done guys wish I h thought of that at school I worked at."
