Nobel laureates, global leaders demand free COVID-19 vaccines worldwide
Over 100 world leaders, including Nobel Peace Prize laureates, have demanded the international community to declare COVID-19 vaccines as a “global public good".

Over 100 world leers, including bel Peace Prize laureates, politicians, artists, and rights activists, have signed a letter calling on international community to declare COVID-19 vaccines as a “global common good”. Dhaka-based Yunus Center, founded by bel Peace Prize winner Mohamm Yunus, said in a statement that COVID-19 vaccines should be produced and distributed across globe for free.
“We appeal to governments, foundations, philanthropists and social businesses to come forward to produce and/or distribute vaccines all over world for free,” letter re.

“A pandemic clearly exposes strength and weaknesses of healthcare systems in every country and highlights obstacles and inequities in gaining access to healthcare. effectiveness of upcoming vaccination campaign will depend on its universality,” y emphasised.
