Pakistan court slaps 1 cr fine on officials for failing to rescue man kidnapped 6 yrs ago

Islamab High Court has imposed hefty fines on several authorities including secretary of Pakistan's Ministry of Defence for ir failure to rescue a man who was kidnapped in bro daylight from Islamab around 6 years ago. local news media quoted IHC judge Mohsin Akhtar Kayani as saying that in 6-p written order High Court is t satisfied with working of police department as well as conduct of secretaries of Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Defence.
Pakistan court anunced this decision while disposing of petition filed by bror of Ghulam Qir, who was kidnapped on August 29, 2014, by 6 men in bro daylight.

Islamab HC imposes 10 million fine on govt authorities
While anuncing decision, Islamab HC said, "refore court declares secretary Ministery of Interior, secretary Ministry of Defence, SP (investigation), In-charge JIT (joint investigation team), Golra Police Station SHO and IO (investigation officer) jointly responsible for ir failure to provide due protection to Ghulam Qir. Directing aforesaid officers to recover Qir within a period of 30 days, Pakistan court said that if govt authorities fail to recover him, ir cases will be placed before competent authorities for initiation of departmental action under relevant provisions of law.
