In the aftermath of IAF's air strike on Tuesday morning in which 12 Mirage 2000s jets dropped 1000 kgs bombs on multiple Jaish launchpad destroying their training bases and killing over 245 terrorists in the Balakot district in the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province, a spooked Pakistan rejected India’s claim of the air strike.

In aftermath of IAF's air strike on Tuesday morning in which 12 Mir 2000s jets dropped 1000 kgs bombs on multiple Jaish launchp destroying ir training bases and killing over 245 terrorists in Balakot district in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province, a spooked Pakistan t just rejected India’s claim of air strike, but also ir clueless Defence Minister and Foreign Minister statement embarrassing Imran Khan's 'Naya Pakistan'.

In a viral video, which appears to be Pak government's news briefing in Islamab after India struck Pakistan, both Pak Minister for Defence Pervez Khattak and MEA Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that Pak Air forces were rey, as 12 IAF's Mir 2000 jets entered in LoC and dropped bombs on JeM terror bases, but 'since it was dark y could assume intensity of attack'.

In video, Pak Defence Minister Pervez Khattak can be heard saying: "When attack took place in morning, y (IAF) came 4-5 km inside (LoC) and y dropped bombs. Our air force was rey but because it was night time, loss could t be assumed. So, y waited for that (to find quantum of IAF air strike). w we have received clear directions that if something like this happens in future, we will respond to it.

To which MEA Shah Mahmood Qureshi ded saying: "May I just d. Pakistan Air Force was alrey air-bond. We were rey for all eventualities."

Earlier on Tuesday, a rattled Pakistan Army went on to allege that IAF violated LoC in Muzafarab sector. Major General Asif Ghafoor, Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), media wing of army, taking to Twitter wrote that " casualties were reported".

However, sources confirmed to Republic that over 300 terrorists who were undergoing training at Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Toiba and Hizb-ul-Mujahideen terror camps at Balakote, Muzaffarab and Chakothi in Pakistan were neutralised in IAF's air strike.

Furrmore, India's Foreign Secretary Vijay Gokhale dressed a press briefing wherein he h confirmed about IAF's air strike on JeM training bases. He furr also confirmed that one of terror facilities in Balakot, which was struck down by IAF's Mir 2000, was heed by Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar's bror-in-law Maulana Yusuf Azhar alias Ust Ghouri. 

"In an intelligence-led operation in early hours of today, India struck biggest training camp of JeM in Balakot.  In this operation, a very large number of JeM terrorists, trainers, senior commanders and groups of jihis who were being trained for fidayeen action were eliminated.  This facility at Balakot was heed by MAULANA YUSUF AZHAR (alias UST GHOURI), bror-in-law of MASOOD AZHAR, Chief of JeM," he h said.
