Turkey on Monday, October 29 called on Saudi Arabia to reveal "whole truth" about murder of Jamal Khashoggi, as whereabouts of journalist's body dominated a visit to country by Riyh's top prosecutor.

Khashoggi's death inside kingdom's Istanbul consulate has brought near unprecedented international scrutiny on Saudi Arabia, which is seeking to draw a line under crisis as Western powers demand answers.

Asked about whereabouts of Khashoggi's body, which remain a mystery nearly a month after his death, Cavusoglu said that "as those who committed murder are in Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabia has a very large responsibility".

Khashoggi, a Washington Post contributor who h criticised Saudi Arabia's powerful Crown Prince Mohamm bin Salman, went missing after entering consulate on October 2 to obtain paperwork for his marri to his Turkish fiancee.

According to Turkey brocaster TRT, Mojeb asked Turkish investigators to hand over full findings of ir own probe, but request was rejected. TRT said Turkish prosecutor n demanded Mojeb give up any information of whereabouts of Khashoggi's body.

Saudi authorities have arrested 18 men over murder, and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has requested suspects be extrited for trial in Turkey. Erdogan has also questioned why Saudi Arabia will t reveal location of body, as well as details of who carried out hit.

Erdogan has said that a 15-person team came from Riyh to kill Khashoggi, carrying out reconnaissance outside Istanbul and deactivating security cameras at consulate.

Turkish president, who has stopped short of directly blaming Saudi government, has also indicated that his country h more evidence to reveal about killing.
