United Kingdom Prime Minister Boris Johnson warned on March 22 that his government would impose stricter measures to curb spread of vel coronavirus COVID-19 if people do t follow guidelines on social distancing.
According to reports, pubs, clubs and gyms have been shuttered in UK but social media on Sunday was flooded with people garing in parks and food markets while igring government advice to stay two metres apart. Johnson, in a news conference at Downing Street, urged people to follow government's advice and practice social distancing.

Boris Johnson expressed concern over escalating cases of coronavirus in UK and added that government would t hesitate to furr stricter measures if people fail to heed to advice. According to reports, latest official statistics show number of confirmed coronavirus cases rose to 5,683 on Sunday with 665 new cases and 48 new deaths.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Sunday, March 22, said that number of deaths and infections in UK were continuously rising adding that y cant ‘disguise or sugarcoat threat' of COVID-19 outbreak. He also said current situation in country was similar to what was in Italy two or three weeks ago.
