Amazon chief executive Jeff Bezos accuses the Saudi government for accessing private information on his phone
Jeff Bezos, Amazon chief executive, said on Saturday that the Saudi government had access to his phone and gained private information from it.

A longtime security consultant, Gavin De Becker concluded his investigation into publication in January of leaked text messs between Bezos and a former television anchor Lauren Sanchez, who National Enquirer tabloid newspaper said Bezos was dating.

Reporting chief’s extramarital affair with Sanchez, his intimate text messs and photos me ir way into hands of Enquirer, leing to his divorce.
Bezos accused owner of newspaper, last month, of trying to blackmail him over threat of publishing his intimate photos which were sent by him to former television actress unless he me a statement saying that tabloid’s reporting on him was t politically motivated.

A representative of AMI, parent company of National Enquirer, said that company did t immediately heed into Bezos request to comment but h acted lawfully in reporting of his story.
Taking it to Twitter, chief executive posted a document on his handle writing about developments with National Enquirer and its parent company, AMI.

"Our investigators and several experts concluded with high confidence that Saudis h access to Bezos' phone, and gained private information," De Becker wrote. "As of today, it is unclear to what degree, if any, AMI was aware of details."
t specified by De Becker as to which part of Saudi government he was blaming for hack, he, however, gave a few details about investigation leing to conclusion which accounted kingdom being responsible in act.

A spokesman for Saudi embassy in Washington did t immediately return a request for comment. In February, kingdom's minister of state for foreign affairs said Saudi Arabia h "absolutely thing to do" with National Enquirer's reporting on affair.
Bezos security consultant informed that he turned over findings of his investigation to US federal officials, without furr elaborating any details.
